What we collect

• When you buy: your email address and order details (which clips, price, time). Your payment details are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.
• When you contact us: the name, email, phone number (optional) and message you send.
• Your cart is stored only in your own browser until you check out.

How we use it

- To deliver your clips and email your download links. - To resend links if you ask, and to help with your order. - To reply to project inquiries. We don't sell your information, and we don't use advertising trackers.

Services we use

We rely on a few trusted providers to run the site: Stripe (payments), Supabase (order database), Cloudflare (file storage), Resend (email), and our website host. They process data only to provide their service to us.

Cookies

We only use what's needed for the site to work (for example, your cart and our own sign-in for managing the store). No advertising or analytics cookies.

Footage of athletes

Our videos show people playing sports, some of them minors. Athletes' names are only shown publicly when we've chosen to show them. If you, or your child, appear in a clip and want it removed or a name hidden, contact us.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep order records for accounting. You can ask us to delete your contact-form messages or ask what information we hold about you at any time.
