Refund policy

When we'll refund you

• You can't download your clip and we can't fix the problem.
• The file is damaged or doesn't play.
• You were charged twice by mistake.
• The clip is clearly not what was shown in its preview.

How to ask

Contact us within 14 days of your purchase with your order number (it's in your receipt email and starts with FBB-). Tell us what went wrong. We'll usually reply within a couple of days.

What happens next

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and can take 5–10 business days to show up. Once a refund is issued, the download links for that order stop working.
