What you're buying

Each purchase gives you a download of the original, unwatermarked video file for the clip you chose. Previews on the site are watermarked and for viewing only.

How you can use your clips

• You can keep, watch and share your clips for personal use, including posting them on your own social media accounts.
• Please credit @filmedbybennett when you post.
• You may not resell clips, sell access to them, or use them in paid advertising or other commercial work without written permission. Ask us about a commercial license.
• We keep the copyright to all footage. Buying a clip gives you a license to use it as described here, not ownership of the copyright.

Downloads

Download links are emailed to the address you enter at checkout. Each link works a limited number of times and for a limited period (shown in the email). Save your files once downloaded. If your links expire, you can request new ones on the Find your order page.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown in US dollars. We never see or store your card details.

Refunds

Removing footage

If you, or your child, appear in a clip and want it taken down, contact us and we'll review the request promptly.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
